Step 1: Collect information from your customer:

Pick-up

This is when the Item is picked-up from the customer's doorstep

  • Pick-up address of the customer (must be the same as the delivery country)
  • The desired Pick-up date

*Same day pickup is not possible. If vidaXL csutomer service fail to book a pickup date in same day, they will choose next working day by default.

Drop-off

The customer brings then Item to a collection point

DPD can not be used if the parcel exceeds the maximum dimensions: 100x50x50cm and maximum weight of 20kg.

vidaXL's customer service team will provide you with a return label for the item

Step 2: Once you have collected the necessary information, please communicate it with vidaXL's customer service team (b2bservice@vidaxl.com).

Step 3: Once you have come to an agreement with vidaXL's customer service team, relay the information to your customer and ask your customer to give you an update when the item has been picked-up.

Step 4: Inform vidaXL's customer service team that the packages are no longer in your customer's possession and that the label is active.

Step 5: vidaXL's customer service team will proceed with the offered solution.

  • the replacement will be received within 5-8 working days
  • the refund will be credited back with 5 working days.
